Bardic art to Andraste.
Unconquered Queen
As winter withers away
On fleet-foot o' the hare
She returns victorious,
This wild-haired Queen,
Bloodied spear in hand
In war and in death,
Unconquered, She remains
You Are Andraste
You are the unconquered spirit
Of burning rebellion and justice
My voice becomes yours
In this battlefield
Wherein reigns hatred and oppression
You are the Warrior, the defender
And I am your shield with which
The marginalised are guarded
You are the queen, invincible
Who inspires us, to deeds small and great
And I am your spear, sharp and bloodied
With which injustice is struck down
You are Andraste
The fierce rage of the downtrodden
Birthed by the Sun, Protected by Storms
O' Andraste,
Bringer of Victory,
Lead the battle in my heart,
calm my mind of it's woes,
and bring me peace from the war within.
Combat my inner foes,
and march upon my mind.
To you I offer this blessing,
and ask you bless me in return.
